JANUARY 30, 2008: coke, salsaritas, kate, michael, the office being quiet today, Boston’s “Foreplay/Long Time”, colorful post it notes, my patient SM, compliments, a good pot of coffee, great parents, the sunshiney day down here when school is out in Ohio, my dye job, good music, American Idol and Project Runway tonight!, hot baths, getting paid today.
FEBRUARY 1, 2008: coke zero in the fridge, the sky clearing up, it’s FRIDAY, my wonderful SM, SM getting paid, Blackberry Curves, good smelling lotion, having gas int he car and cash in the bank, our new place is really coming together, I have good friends, did I mention it’s friday?, free lunch fridays at work, sara bareilles, alicia keys, remember cheers from 8th grade cheerleading, going on a date tonight?, creative work, pure romance parties, awesome, funny coworkers, wayne dyer, the tao, maybe finding my way…slowly.
FEBRUARY 11, 2008 - A hot boyfriend, nice sunny weather, it’s not negative 15 here!, Pumpkin did not shit on the carpet last night, my parents are caring and supportive, the days is already half over, we are going to the gym tonight, tomorrow, the SM has his recognition dinner where we get to stay in a fun hotel and my SM gets to be drunk (which is always fun), we have enough money to last the next few days, multicolored post-it notes, JANE IS COMING!
FEBRUARY 15, 2008 - The sunshine, the beautiful sunrise this morning, bonus money, the SM’s raise, it’s Friday!, Dunkin Donuts, Punky’s soft fur, free lunch, having a big date tonight, Pure Romance, my complexion has finally cleared, Kylie got to go home from the hospital, Tyber Creek, being Irish, Blackberry phones, Reggie, Kate, Andrea, Sharisse Michael, am and Yusef.
FEBRUARY 29, 2008 - Leap days, great coworkers who I actually enjoy at times, my hair looks nice, therapy, the Shrink, Puckett’s Farm Equipment, ugly shirts, laughs, the NEW iLuv, hot baths, cute shoes, sweet boyfriends, naked time, coke, free lunch, dancing, singing, sunny days, warm weekends, friends, family and…The Straight 8s.







This is great… and I think it’s awesome to continually think about the things that you’re grateful for! So today, lets see here~ My kids at school when they are actually smiling and laughing, the Reginator, great girlfriends, American Idol and watching it with my little cousins, living in this city for only a short while longer, sleeping in and how I can’t wait to do it again this weekend, and for my co-workers who deal with my mood swings!
Ok here’s round 2 for me…. finally being done with driving all weekend long although seeing my man is for sure the HIGHLIGHT, having an amazing boyfriend, having an amazing family, my bed and pillow waiting for me to get some serious zzzzzz…., for having a new job and oppurtunities coming my way in 5 weeks, and so very happy to have a place to live because it’s EFFIN cold out- DAMN it’s frigid (-15 windsheild bites)
Okay, I guess I’ll chime in. my ex-just ‘cuz he made it possible for me to get a muy grande soc sec check, moving in 3 days, a good exlusive boy to hang out with, an amazing kid, loving parents, and a crazy cool family, a great job, opportunities galore, and some pretty kick ass friends. Can’t ask for much more - oh, and not much rain….yaya…..
I caught your blog this morning before work, the one about the Jesus rubber ducky, it made me laugh out loud! You made my day! My friend/sponsor told me last thursday that if my mood didn’t improve I would have to write her a gratitude list…I found it funny that you had one, so here it goes!
A great job that allows me to bring my Daschund puppy, a boss who makes me lunch everyday and still pays me, a best friend for a husband, great kids, a house of my own, a car, money in my pocket, bank account and the piggy bank, jalapeno peppers in my home fries after church on Sundays, Red hair and green eyes, hair that looks great in the rain, head banging praise and worship music, cats, sunflowers, Shane’s authentic smile and laughter, James’ humor and dance moves, the sound of Don and Patty’s laughs, Vals singing, Jesse’s drumming,great friends…I’ve got it all and the enduring love of God…I am blessed! ‘=}
