Just checked my stats for everyones favorite - The Audacity of Trust - and thanks to you, we have been able to accumulate over 20,000 views in just about 4 legitimate months! Thanks to everyone who has stopped in and read…thanks to all of my muses….The Beatles, American Idol Contestants, Jim Sturgess, David Beckham’s abs…and my favorite person of all time, my best friend and best critic and supporter - the SM.
Here’s to 200 million more. Tell your friends and keep stopping in to see what I have to say. I promise, I’ll make it as interesting as I can.
All you need is love,

…that I love you?
Yeah, I think I’m obsessed. I never wanted to be a fingernail so bad in my life as I do in this moment.

Double down…..my pants! Hey-O!
Despite the other two days of firmly adhering our (fine and sexy) asses to the couch this weekend with colds, the SM and I DID make it out for a nice little date night Friday night and saw “21″ starring Jim Sturgess (drool, drool), Kate Bosworth, Kevin Spacey and Lawrence Fishburne among others.
Hot, sexy and pretty damn intriguing (and no…..that’s not just my Jimmy), 21 was a fun, young romp through Vegas the way I’d like to do it - with Gucci clothes and stretch limos. I’ve never been but definitely hope to see the Strip someday.
Ben Campbell is an incredibly brilliant MIT student who hopes to get into Harvard Medical School. However, he has to write an essay about a life experience to get him his scholarship. Being the bookworm and genius he is, he hasn’t exactly had a lot of life experiences short of working in J. Press Menswear, the local tailor and suit shop with his awesomely nerdy friends. But little does he know, he is about to get embroiled in a life experience that he’ll never forget. He and a secret group train in an empty classroom at MIT to travel to Vegas each weekend to count cards and bring home more money than they can count. Ben plans to stay in just long enough to save enough to pay for his tuition to Harvard since the likelihood of him winning the scholarship is next to nil, but alas, it’s a little more complicated than that. You’ll have to see it to find out.
The clothes were great, there were funny and heart-breaking moments, ridiculous disguises, a twist or two….and Jim Sturgess is mind-blowingly hot - there isn’t a lot more to life, as far as I’m concerned. It got me out of reality for a while - it was a nice, shiny, glittering break from life. I’d give it 8.5 chips out of 10. Don’t get me wrong, it was cute and gorgeous and fun to watch. But I only wish it was rated R so I could see more naked Jim Sturgess and the strip club scenes were hotter.
Aren’t you glad my priorities are in the right place?

Never mind, it’s not a break from seriousness. Because Jim Sturgess is SERIOUSLY HOT. I need for him to come in here with a bouquet of whatevers, whisk me out of my office chair and take me somewhere to make some sweet, sweet love.
Jim…if you can hear me….
OK, back to work.
